I'm the HR Advisor at Stacatruc Group and a self-proclaimed curry and cake enthusiast! When not baking, I enjoy the theatre and hanging out with my family, including my half-Italian hubby, Martin and our mischievous rescue cat Mrs. Pastry. We even had a hilarious stint on GBBO - Martin's baking may have earned him a wooden spoon award, but my own GBBO dreams a playful challenge to my husband. Despite making it through 4 nerve-wracking rounds, I was eliminated before the final 60. The competition was tough, and my jest went a bit too far!

I actively work in the recruitment side of the business.
