We would love your help with:

🧰 Over seeing, planning and supporting Team East/South East with the daily tasks of services, maintaining and overhaul, fault find and resolve on a range of material handling products.

🔧 Lead, motivate, and support your team in delivering top-tier engineering services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

📈 Develop and oversee team goals and strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.

🗂 Ensure the timely completion and documentation of all engineering and maintenance activities.

🗣 Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our company values of trust, support, and integrity in all interactions.

⚖️ Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

⚙️ Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements and resolve engineering challenges effectively.

What We're Looking For

🔍 Demonstrable skills in engineering and customer service, with a strong foundation in problem-solving.

💡 Experience in welding techniques is highly desirable.

🗨 Exceptional communication abilities and a focus-oriented mindset.

🤝 A confident and positive attitude, dedicated to help support and build a trustworthy team environment.

🎯 Proven leadership capabilities or readiness to step into a leadership role within the engineering sector.

What will help you to excel in this role:

🎓 City and Guilds in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related field. Qualified in related field or similar years’ experience

🔍 Diagnostic computer skills. Experience with welding processes and equipment maintenance.

📜 Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

🚘 Full UK driving license.
