Service Operations Manager – EngineersI'm the Operations Manager at Stacatruc HQ and a passionate Gooner. My Gunnersaurus sits proudly on my desk! I am an early riser most days heading to the gym- Weightlifting is my thing. I love to engage in strength training exercises, lifting weights to build muscle strength and endurance! My fav food is Pizza! When not working, I enjoy the Rugby with my Dad and hanging out with ‘Management’ my amazing wife and our beautiful girls…family is everything to me.
Having been an engineer for the majority of my life, I started as a young apprentice at Stacatruc in 2001. I won apprentice of the year nationwide once completing my qualifications before joining the company fully qualified in 2005, giving 23 years of dedicated service. Leveraging my technical expertise, I support our engineering and service teams daily as they represent the face of our company. We maintain a 4-hour response time, always striving to elevate our performance.
In my role, I focus on formulating strategies, enhancing team performance, procuring resources and ensuring compliance. I find fulfillment in mentoring and inspiring others, particularly through our outstanding apprenticeship program. Collaboratively, our team continuously seeks ways to enhance customer service quality and implement best practices at all levels.
My responsibilities include supervising, hiring and training employees, managing quality assurance programs and devising process improvements. A cherished memory is meeting Martin Keown from Arsenal football club also participating in sim racing at Silverstone. Recently, I have enjoyed collaborating with Portsmouth University to innovate within our company, addressing challenges daily and striving to exceed customer expectations. I take pride in playing a crucial role in supporting our exceptional customers. Would love you to join our team.
